The bestest honey ever!!

and I don't mean the kind from bees...

I arrived to dance early tonight thinking that I would study some. I found that K2 got there even before me... yay - better than studying!!

John missed dinner and was a bit late for lunch... and I would have been nervous, yet okay if binsteaj didn't keep reminding me that the last time John missed a dance practice he was in the hospital. (This includes the day before his prolonged illness, and the week afterwards before he completely recovered.) I kept reminding her (and myself) that as an emergency contact, I probably would have already been called.

We went up to the dance room, and I started teaching Rostiboli - in my own way. You know, no actual italian steps named! John arrived just after the completion of the first section. And, although I tried to hand over the class right away, Aaron was having none of that and made sure I finished the dance I started. I didn't do 1/2 bad for not teaching in two months and not teaching alone in... well a scary amount of time.

John gave me my holiday/birthday gifts. A figurine of Lenore (squee) and the promise of a new violin bow. Oh SQUEE!!!! This man knows me. :) :) :)

My brain literally shut down for the rest of the night. I couldn't remember dances; I couldn't find the beat. I couldn't even remember things that I wanted to talk to John and Lorcan about (different things). My brain was far too gone in the happy. Thank you honey!

Lenore is already out and is perfect to every detail, including Raggamuffin being eaten by the python.

We also had some nice talking time afterwards, which was definatly good. And, plans were made for the weekend.

Aw, this was a really nice post. Spending some time and actual effort to
produce a good article… but what can I say… I put things off a whole
lot and never seem to get nearly anything done.
